Q: Is there a minimum number to run tours?
Yes- We need at least 3 people to run a tour. Reserve by booking online, calling or emailing us to ensure availability.
We rarely cancel tours, but if we do, we will contact all reserved participants.
Q: Do I need to wear a helmet?
It is the law here in Ontario for anyone 18 and under, and all rentals include the use of a helmet.
A helmet is necessary for all tours.
Q: What should I wear?
Dress for the weather, but be comfortable.
Q: How do I pay, and what do I need?
Rentals and tours can be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.
Some tours require a piece of government issued ID (driver’s license, or passport) to prove you are 18+.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
We have plenty of bikes for rent, just come by and we'll have you out riding in minutes.
Our tours do book up quickly, so we suggest booking any tours in advance.
However, if you are in the area and want to check out availability- stop by- the more the merrier!
Q: What happens in the event of rain or bad weather?
Our tours go rain or shine, it is all part of the experience!
If it is a light rain, and deemed safe conditions we will ride- but recommend you wear a waterproof outer layer.
Safety is our priority and cycling tours do not proceed in lightning.
We typically have wonderful weather. If we are forced to cancel a tour, we may rain check for a future date.
Q: Can I bring my own bike?
If you prefer to bring your own bike, you are welcome to.
Please note, you would be required to support your own breakdown while on tour; please plan on bringing a small repair kit with spare tire tube, and you must have a helmet to ride on the tour. We do offer a discount of $10.00 per tour.
Q: I have a dietary restriction, can I be accomodated?
Yes! Contact us at least 24 hours prior and we can make food accommodations. If dietary needs are not disclosed at least 24 hours PRIOR no arrangements can be made.
